Transitioning my mail to yahoo

I have been getting multiple scam emails about transitioning my xfinity email to yahoo and now dont have a way to start the transition.  Is there a website I can use to start the transition?

You should get an official email from Comcast/Xfinity about the transition.  You can tell it's official by the verified logo when seen in webmail.

roger1946 Hi there!  Great question — and you’re smart to be cautious with those scam emails. The official transition of Xfinity email accounts to Yahoo Mail didnt begin until June 2025, and it will happen in phases through 2026. There isn’t a website where you can start the move on your own right now.

 

When it’s your turn, you’ll get an official notice about 30 days in advance — by email, possibly by text, and in the Xfinity app — with the steps you’ll need to take. If you’d like to read more about what to expect, you can check the official info here: Xfinity Email move to Yahoo Mail
