Transition email to Yahoo

How do I do this? I stopped receiving email on my Comcast account yesterday and I’m waiting for some critical mail. Does it occur automatically or do I need to do something

[Transition email to Yahoo] How do I do this? ...

When your account is ready to be moved, you will be prompted to sign in to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ to accept Yahoo’s terms of service and complete your move to the Yahoo Mail platform. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/68e5cc7e19d01b57e46b0864?commentId=68e64c7119d01b57e46df868 for an example of what that will look like (unless they change their mind again!).

henrycs100, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of upgrading your Comcast email account to Yahoo as someone who relies on important emails myself. You've come to the right place. We are a team of experts who are happy to help with email concerns such as this. Once eligible, you will be prompted when signing in to our webmail, like the awesome expert Bruce mentioned. Did you receive that prompt on your end? For more details about the yahoo email migration, please feel free to visit this great link here.
