transfer to yahoo

I have 3 Comcast.net accounts.  When logging into the accounts on January 30th on webmail, I received the banner saying I could make the transfer to yahoo.  I clicked the getting started button and successfully transferred 2 of the 3 accounts over.  The final account, my mail account, I no longer get that banner when I log in.  How do I go about transferring?

Before transferring, did you see three banners or two?  Generally each email address will migrate separately, or, as in your case, one or two will get the banner.  Be patient.  The third one will eventually get the banner.

Regarding email migration to Yahoo! Mail  It’s currently optional to make the switch. Eventually, we do plan to migrate everyone to the Yahoo servers (probably by late 2026) to keep our email systems streamlined. We’ll keep you posted as that timeline gets closer!

Hello @user_0feh0v The migration to Yahoo is sent out to each account individually. Most likely the first two received their invites and if you are not seeing it for the 3rd then that specific account has not received an invitation to switch yet. We are planning on sending those to out throughout this year. So you will need to wait on the 3rd one. But the banner will appear when it is eligible.

Asof March 17, my comcast.net mail no longer comes to my computer. I can see it on my iphone and on the xfinity web site, but not the computer. This is not satisfactory as only the computer shows the sender, and I don't want to open a possible span email because I cannot see thwt the sender is probably not authentic.

ALSO: I saw the yahoo "invitation" once when logging in (I can't remember if it was to xfinity or to yahoo) but did not on it at once as I was doing other business --- I decided to wait till I visited the website again. But I did not see the invitation the next time(s) I logged in. Is this process random? Whatever it is, it's really not acceptable.
