Time out Error

I have been receiving the following message for the last few days.  Can you please offer a fix?

Error

The connection to remote server imap-east.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.

Same here, and after multiple retries, still the same thing.

Please advise asap. This service is always very dependable, so please set some expectations for when we will all be back to good again. thank you.

I am not sure of the versions of laptops you are all running, but I updated both my phones and my laptop, and only noticed it after going to the latest windows version. I will call in a report if it continues.

Same is happening to me when using my laptop but can use my IPhone to send email without any issue???

@user_ih6n62 Our engineering team is aware of a connection issue some of our email servers. They have implemented reboots to the servers and are monitoring the issue.

Hello, @user_yafysm. I appreciate you making us aware you're also having this same issue. Have you by any chance attempted to clear your cache and cookies? Are you having issues when using a different browser?

Running into the same issue on my laptop.  Sending emails through my iphone works- issue started this morning!!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing while trying to access our website. Have you tried any troubled steps by clearing your caches and cookies,  trying different browsers or even trying do updates on your devices to make sure they're updated to the newest software
