Spectrum blocking Comcast emails

We have a Spectrum (Charter) Internet account in SC after moving from NH, where we had a Comcast Internet/TV account for 20+ years. 

Our Comcast emails are being blocked by Spectrum both on our desktops (Outlook) and iPhones. Please ask Charter for a temporary exemption, and please configure DNS properly.  Will provide IP address information to you via email.  Please contact me. 

I have an existing Comcast Internet/TV account at a PA location, so I am a current Comcast customer.  Thank you.
