specific emails are blocked

I all of a sudden stopped receiving emails around mid april from a specific sender. Why? How do I fix this?

Hello @user_63dbcd, there could be a multitude of reasons that this is occurring. Our customer security assurance (CSA) team specializes in all things in regard to your comcast email. You can submit your issue on their website at https://spa.xfinity.com/report or give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 when they are open between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week.

Are you able to send the" specific sender" emails without any problem?
