Good morning @sgtjdc, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity community forums, I hope this message finds you well. Scammers are getting more and more elaborate with their messages, and it is good to always stay vigilant. If you still have this message, or for any future messages that you think might be from someone claiming to be Xfinity, you can copy the full message header, and once you have copied the full message headers from the spam message, paste the header and message into an email and send it to abuse@comcast.net.

It is sad but Comcast is CENSORING most abuse addresses including its own!!!!

For example, I am trying to report a scam site using SurveyMonkey and Wix but Comcast keeps censoring me even though they are the ones being spoofed!

<Edited: Malicious Content>

And now, normal responses to normal emails are also being censored. I am not sure what gives Comcast the right to censor my email!

Hi, @MacLady. Our Customer Security Assurance team, CSA posts known security alerts and phishing scams here, https://spa.xfinity.com/alerts. The team provides the domain for each email address. The steps we provided above show how to send the information you received in the emails to the CSA team. You can also report the emails as Spam by selecting the message and pressing the Spam button in the top right corner of webmail. Have you reported any of the emails or marked them as Spam? Have you spoken with the CSA team about the spoofed sites you are seeing?

I guess you missed the point and don't know who you're talking to.

I am a tech myself. I take each email and report EACH URL to the hosting server AND the registrar. Some refuse to comply to remove the content.

And yes, I know how to 'mark as spam' from within my email.    I've been using email since 1992. This does nothing to stop them.

The problems are:

- Comcast censoring the reports

- The Registrar or Host or both refusing to take action, in which case I report them to iCann.

The "Report" button does NOT give the option to send spam URLs to Comcast to block.

Thank you so much for this clarification. Now on our team, we do not handle this type of concerns. Best team to reach would be our CSA team my colleague mentioned above.
