Spam
Generally speaking we have not been recieving spam emails. Including yesterday and today we have recieved over 300 spam emails, they just keep coming. I checked my settings and the box is checked next to Enable Spam Filtering. Any ideas on how to stop all of this spam? Most of them appear to be in a different language.

Call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account to see if they can tweak the filters for you---------------------

Never had a problem with spam until
about a month ago. Now I get at least 150 emails a day. Hadnt signed up for anything. Have spent hours unsubscribing to anything I can. It’s only my Comcast email. And it’s not one I give out so don’t imply that I’ve done something. The filters have changed internally. I literally have removed it from my phone and will likely stop monitoring it and tell the family that I had given it to use to use a different one since it was only for them.

Comcast is not a professional email service. A professional business would filter for SPAM. The official response is to tell the victim to set SPAM filters. That is not the responsibility of your customers, Xfinity! That is your responsibility. Do not blame the victim here. Here is my suggestion: Hire some professional IT people who know what they are doing.
