Problem solved !! I deleted Edison as my tablet email handler. Additionally, I empty my Trash Folder daily to monitor the situation.
Thank you,

I'm not support, just a user. Often Comcast's software will mistake a legitimate message for spam or vice versa. You just need to keep an eye on the trash/junk/etc. folder.

Hello @louinma, and thank you for reaching out to us about emails from friends going directly to trash. Have you had a chance to check the email/spam filter settings to see if there is any reason there that they are going directly to trash?

Thank you for checking that for me. Do any of the emails have anything in common that are going into the trash like attachments, same wording for email titles, or same email domain like all coming from Yahoo emails?

I am having the same problem where my some of my emails are going to trash. the emails have nothing in common. I have NO email Filters set up. I am using any third party app. I am logging into Xfinity email directly. Email safe list is NOT checked.

Beginning yesterday, all incoming e-mail is going directly to a folder named 'Deleted items - trash (to be permanently deleted )' instead of to the Inbox. I made no changes to the settings or rules. I have used the same settings/rules for years. The Deleted items - trash (to be permanently deleted )' folder is a folder I set up to temporarily hold items I intend to delete after a period of time. I use Outlook 365. Can you explain or fix this?
