Hi there! If you’ve already completed the email upgrade, visit Yahoo Mail or open the Yahoo Mail app. Select Sign in, enter your full @comcast.net email address, and use the Yahoo Mail password connected to the upgraded mailbox. Your email address remains the same, but you’ll access it through Yahoo Mail going forward.
Please keep in mind that your Yahoo Mail password and Xfinity account password are now separate. Changing one will not change the other. You can learn more about the upgrade here: Upgrade your comcast.net email experience to Yahoo Mail.
If you receive an error, please let us know what it says and whether you’re signing in through the app or a web browser. Please do not post your full email address publicly.
That link points to "mail.yahoo.com/" which one would think would be a good place to start, but https://login.yahoo.com/ is, I think, better. The "mail" address expects users to identify a unmarked and ambiguous icon (no "mouseover" text either) that needs to be selected to continue the login, while the "login" address takes you right there, prompting users to enter their login ID. That makes much more sense to me.

It makes no difference how I access it. New tab, new window, mail or login, that is what I see. Sorry.

The images I posted were screenshots from my Win 11 HP desktop (20" diagonal screen). I get the same results running Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. But when I try the same links on my Android 14 phone (6.4" diagonal screen) with its Chrome browser, I get the results you describe: loading mail.yahoo.com redirects and loads login.yahoo.com. Screen space constraints maybe?

If you have migrated to Yahoo! Mail you sign in here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.

Try "Open Link in New Private Window". When I do that, I get these:
