Reduce the size of your screen by holding down the ctrl key and tapping the - [minus] key.

Thank you, @user_i752oi for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums to express your concern.

As @Again helpfully pointed out, if you are using your email via a web browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari, your screen size settings may be inhibiting your ability to see the control buttons correctly.  You can use the CTRL function he suggested by holding CTRL on your keyboard and pressing the Minus (-) button on your keyboard a few times to downsize it or in most browsers go to the three veritcal dot menu in the upper right corner, locating ZOOM and setting it to 100% or lower to refit the app in the window.

If that does not work for you, please let us know! We're here to help! ❤️

If you are not using a browser for your email, that may not be an option.  If you let us know what program you are using if it is not a browser, we may be able to guide you toward additional troubleshooting steps.
