secondary email accounts won't activate
Xfinity sent an email instructing us to reactivate secondary email accounts we still want to use but after following all the prompts I get stuck in an endless loop and it still won't open the account. What do I do?

Can you tell us if you have attempted signing in with the new email and if you are getting any other errors other than the "loop"?
