secondary email accounts won't activate

Xfinity sent an email instructing us to reactivate secondary email accounts we still want to use but after following all the prompts I get stuck in an endless loop and it still won't open the account.  What do I do?

I have checked into my primary account which shows my other comcast email addresses in folders. I did the reset and now it shows <[Edited: "Personal Information"]> as the primary account and has eliminated my [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I still want the [Edited: "Personal Information"] account to be the primary account. The [Edited: "Personal Information"] should be a secondary account. Can you fix this?
