Secondary email accounts stopped working out of the blue 2 days ago.

Hello, my secondary email accounts suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. Can't access on PC or phone anymore.  I have logged in as the primary user and can't even find these secondary account settings now.  Can someone tell me where to find them?

I use only Xfinity portal NOT outlook or any other mail client

1) log into  xfinity.com/password

2) Click on Forgot

3) Click I'm not on my home network (even if you are)

4) Select from Mobile phone number, Email address (You may have an external email attached), Social Security number

5) It will ask to send a code in and will send you one.  Insert the code to move forward.

Hello thanks for reaching out, I do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with accessing your e-mail this link  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status has great information on how you verify your Xfinity e-mail address to make sure it's active.

 

If you have an active account and you're not seeing your secondary e-mail try logging on to your secondary e-mail via  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ you may be asked to reset your password once that's done you should have access to your e-mail and see that e-mail under your primary e-mail as well
