Same issue
Last several months my Xfinity email and IOS mail app not working as it did. E-mail does not come through, shows error messages, like server blacklisted, etc., but then couple hours later or days it works? Anyone else?
I get several weird error messages, password, blacklisted, etc…. I have changed password and it would temporarily work, then back to same problem

Hi there, @user_1f8n8m! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with email! Do you experience these error messages both on and off your home WiFi? Also, do you have the error numbers for any of the messages?

Cannot Get Mail
The mail server
"imap.comcast.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.
Server code "ALERT", server message "Temporarily
blacklisted IP Address - try again later".

Also I get message ever Messages at the bottom of the iPhone mail program saying the account could not connect, I will try to get the exact wording next time I see it
