Roblox password reset email not coming into my comcast email account

I am trying to do a password reset on Roblox, and their emails are not coming through.  I have asked ROBLOX support, and they told me the emails have been sent to my comcast email address.  Can you see if it is blocked on my account for some reason?  I am getting Roblox customer support emails, just not the password reset emails.
