Restoring blacklisted Comcast.net e-mail

I had Xfinity/ Comcast internet service and a xxxxxxxx@comcast.net e-mail address for many years.  In December 2023, I changed my internet service to AT&T but kept the Comcast.net e-mail address.  On April 23, 2025, my e-mail stopped working and AT&T tells me it is because Xfinity somehow stopped use of the e-mail address.  I can still view my e-mails on the Xfinity website but cannot send or receive e-mails on my PC, iPad, or iPhone.  I cannot get thru the automated system to talk to a human.  Help!

Hello user_wnf2sc , sorry to hear that your email is having issues. With our Comcast emails for non customers they will remain active as long as you log in to them directly through our website at least once every 90 days. What platform did you normally access the email?

I used Outlook but also received the e-mails on my iPad and iPhone.  I can still access my comcast.net e-mails through the Xfinity website but sure would like to be able to have them come thru my e-mail platforms.  How can I restore that?

user_wnf2sc, as a former Xfinity customer, you can still use your Xfinity Email address if you logged in to your account using the Xfinity Email website in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. Your email account will remain active if you access it using the Xfinity Email website at least once every nine months. If you can still log into our website and access your email, it would still be active. It would help to check your configuration settings or check with Outlook directly if the communication aren't coming in as expected.
