If you are asking about Comcast's webmail ("...connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/..."), visit https://my.xfinity.com/digitalads/ and click the "OFF" button under "Email Banner Advertising". The change might not take effect immediately.

If the button says OFF it means ads are ON and you need to click the button to turn them off. Conversely and confusingly, if the button says ON it means that ads have been turned OFF.

Comcast is blasting ads on the home page and on our account login page.  It's REALLY tacky and it smacks of lack of security/privacy.  I mean on the account login page, really???  I have never seen ads on any consumer, secure account login page, EVER!
