Regular Phishing request with imposter email says Billing Issue

Every month I get an email from a random email address that is trying to impersonate Xfinity Billing saying that my payment didn't go thru.  This email is is entirely bogus and it requests me or you login to a Google Doc, to update my payment information. This happens on a regular basis every month for the last few months. I have  consistently reported to the abuse@xfinity.com, Google, the DNS naming provider for the source email host, FTC, FBI  and IC3.

So why can't  Xfinity training an AI based email  filter to detect and suppress this type of email?

Hello @user_e3ewu4, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am glad that you have taken all necessary steps to make sure that you and other customers are no longer receiving this phishing request. Can you recall how long you have been receiving this email?

Unfortunately my  reporting phishing attempts to  Comcast,  hosting sites, Google,  FTC, IC3,  and the FBI do not prevent me or others  from receiving these phishing attempts over and over again.   Occasionally, I get lucky and a domain is blocked or a link or Google doc is disabled.  I have  records of various  phishing attempts going back to  2023.

The process after reporting a phishing attempt is very often opaque. Occasionally I get a reply or trouble ticket is opened  for my report.  As I keep copies of the phishing attempts directed to me  and  my reports  to agencies  and any response I receive,  I have data for two years of doing this.
