Recovery Phone Number

I have 6 email accounts with Comcast. I can only use one phone number for all these accounts. Have you fixed this yet where I can use my one and only phone number for these other accounts? I will tell you how bad it is. For recovery I can't use another Comcast email, needs to be something else. So, to get recovery to stop bothering me every time I login I had to create 5 MS Outlook emails for recovery. I don't know what Comcast was thinking about when they set this up, but it certainly seems to be backwards.

We just create email accounts that do nothing else than recovery if needed. It sure doesn't represent any form of business sense as far as I am concerned.

@cpupro The 2-factor authentication is a security measure in place for the security of your account, as the emails also act as usernames for the account itself. At this time we do not have the option to allow the same phone number to be used on multiple comcast emails for 2-factor authentication. We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here, and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
