receiving several email from online.communications@alerts.comcast.net

Hi. I have received a phone call and several emails

1) received a call that my caller ID showed was from Xfinity and it left a 3 minute voicemail but no message

2) received multiple emails from online.communications@alerts.comcast.net

        4 updated service orders/order confirmation

        2 Peacock subscription emails

        4 article you requested emails

3) received another email on my 2FA email account to activate peacock from xfinity@updates.xfinity.com

It looks like you might have received some suspicious emails, and we appreciate you for reporting this to us. We always suggest being secure and avoid sending any details or personal information to unknown senders. Here is a link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email that shows you examples of verified emails from us and what to expect. It is common to be sent phishing emails from scammers trying to gather your information here is another great resource https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/phishing-scams that goes over phishing attempts and how to report them. Our Customer Security Assurance team is always here to look into these emails to make it safer out there for our customers so please forward them those emails.

@XfinityJorge​ These messages are also showing on my xfinity account under legal agreement contract so the emails were sent from xfinity on October 19th. I did not make any changes to my account.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
