receive emails

I am not able to receive emails.  I can send them, but not receive them.

user_kvwhz4 I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your email. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Junk/Spam Folder:

Check your Junk or Spam folder and mark any legitimate emails as "Not Junk."
Review Email Rules and Filters:

Ensure there are no rules or filters set up that might be moving emails to another folder. In Outlook, go to File > Manage Rules & Alerts to review and modify any rules.
Disable Add-ins:

Disable any add-ins by going to File > Options > Add-ins. Select COM Add-ins and click Go. Uncheck all add-ins and click OK.
Check Email Quota:

Ensure your inbox is not full. If it is, delete some emails to free up space.
Disable Offline Mode:

Make sure your email client is not set to work offline. In Outlook, go to the Send/Receive tab and ensure Work Offline is not selected.
Repair Your Email Profile:

In Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select your account and click Repair.
Clear Cache:

Clear your browser or email client's cache.

I have tried all these suggestions and it still doesn't recieve emails.

Glad to hear you're not having any other issues. Are you using the XFINITY website to check your email or are you using a 3rd party client like Outlook?
