@user_3ocu7b Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! When was the last time you had logged into your email? Do you currently have active services with us?

I have active internet service but don't have details of when last login occurred.

Does https://security-console.identity.xfinity.com/signinactivity help?

No, I cannot login, same message -Your inactive Comcast.net email account is now closed.  The other link takes me to my account but still no email access.

I would like the main account to have email.

I sincerely apologize, the email will not be able to be used again once it has been closed. The sign-in credentials for your Xfinity account will not change. New email accounts are no longer offered.

So should I cancel my Xfinity internet service and go elsewhere?  Glo Fiber was just through my neighborhood asking me to switch.
