Problems when both Ethernet and Wifi are enabled
A client has an odd problem. They complained that on their laptop trying to connect to certain sites returns ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (including comcast.com and email, google.com). The desktop seems to be fine.
I finally discovered that turning off the laptops WiFi fixed the problem.
The router is a Comcast Business unit (would have to log in and find a model number). Could there be a bad WiFi setup that would cause an issue like this?

If they are a business customer they need to be posting in the business forums; this is for residential service.
