Problems receiving emails from gmail or yahoo friends

All the sudden today, I'm not getting emails from friends sending from their yahoo or gmail accounts.  Any ideas?

Hello @user_0gr9b1 we definitley want to ensure that you are able to receive all the emails you need! Have you checked your spam folder to ensure that nothing is getting sent there? Do you have a Yahoo or Gmail account yourself to send your Comcast account a test email to see if it goes through for you? Have you been able to receive emails properly in the past?

Hello, @user_66hxhl. Thanks for commenting to let us know you are experiencing a similar issue. Is this happening with multiple emails as well (Yahoo/Google)? Have you checked your spam folder? Or did you try to send a test email to yourself? Are you having the same issue with outgoing emails by chance?
