Printing emails starts with blank page
Printing emails from xfinity website has 1st page that is almost completely blank (it has header and footer showing sender, date, etc.) but email doesn't start printing until page 2.
Using chrome on Windows but also happens on Edge browser. Tested on 2nd pc in chrome and same results. Using Safari or Firefox on Mac has printing working fine.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern, since the pages print properly on the MAC computer while using Chrome and Firefox then I can say that this is not an issue with the website but there seems to be an issue with your settings. You may want to adjust your browser settings or the printer settings to be able to print without the blank page.

It seems to be ok if I print from the upper left corner three dots option as opposed to the printer icon on the email header...

I also have the same issue. I believe it is an Xfinity website issue. I remember I had this happen a few years ago and Xfinity helped...just can't remember how to correct it!! Has this been resolved by anyone?

Once again, have you tried File/Print? If you scroll down under more settings, you should be given the opportunity to use the original File/Print dialogue.

I have the exact same problem. About two months ago emails started printing with just the header on page one. It does it in desktop Chrome and Edge. What is the fix?

As others have commented, this problem started about 2 months ago. Seems to be an Xfinity problem.
If you use the 3 dots in the top right corner OR use File/Print, only the page on the screen is printed...not the whole email. Starting printing with page 2 omits the date of the email, which I need.
Xfinity, PLEASE look into this.

The last post was right on. I have used Xfinity and Chrome for years and this problem only started a few months ago. Adjusting the file/print menus on every email is not a reasonable option. Besides, like above user I need to document the sender, date and time on the email to generate a clean trail. Why can't Xfinity admit this problem and generate a fix? I have been over every option in every menu available to the normal user and there are not selections that would be global, rather than one-by-one fixes for this problem.

Printing with an almost blank first page *only happens* with Xfinity emails! Everything else on the web prints correctly. There's been no input here on the problem for two weeks. Can someone suggest a person or department to direct this issue to so that it can be fixed?

All of a sudden (yesterday) it started printing correctly. It seems to me that there was some coding bug somewhere that was putting in a page break that was causing it to jump to the next page after printing just one line on the first page. Oddly, it seemed to print correctly right after a Windows 10 update. Hmmm. Anyway, thank you to whomever at Xfinity, Google, or Microsoft fixed it.

THANK YOU for letting us know the problem was corrected! When I tried to update Windows 10 to see if that was my problem, I saw that I already had the current update. Anyway, the problem HAS been corrected for me, too. Thank you Xfinity or Microsoft
