I'm unable to delete a user from my account, i'm using the primary account and get the error below. I've tried different web browsers and another computer but still same issue.

I am having this same issue. I followed the steps suggested by Xfinity; but still get the same error message.
@ccoffman Good afternoon, It appears your account is a Comcast Business account and you will likely want to reach out to them via (800) 391-3000 for further assistance as ownership roles for business accounts do vary from Residential Comcast accounts.
