The email password is the same as the password you use to log in to a Comcast/Xfinity web page or app. To reset it, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password. If you change it online you'll also have to update it on any devices, apps, and programs (email, Xfinity app. etc.) that use it.
