Outgoing mail SMTP not working
A few days ago my wife's email stopped completely on a PC using Outlook and on her iPhone. She changed her Comcast password. The web based Comcast mail portal works fine, but both Outlook and iPhone cannot send email.
I have tried changing ports, authentication with no success. Currently these are set to the previous settings.
I have no more ideas on what to do. Can you provide some help?
FWIW, my mail works fine on a MAC and iPhone, same settings as hers.

Did you update the password in Outlook after changing your Xfinity password, user_s6f7h7.
