Outgoing Emails Sent But Not Being Received
Having an issue where my sent emails are not being received whether being sent using the Xfinity email site, Outlook, Microsoft Mail, or cell phone. The only recipients that I've tried that work are the other accounts in our household with comcast.net addresses. The issue is not with the home network, as my husband logged in to the Xfinity email site using my email account while at work and had the same results. Is my account possibly being flagged as spam? Getting very frustrated as not getting help from talking to support and need to have my email up and running for business. Note: I sent an email to myself and it went to the spam folder.

@user_rvrfi2 Please send me a DM with some details such as your UID and so on. We'll take a look at the logs and see if we can get it resolved.
