Outbound email marked as Spam

Once a week I send a group email to 13 people.  This week the email was placed in everyone's Spam folder.  Since the recipients use different email servers the "marking" of the email as SPAM almost has to be from XFINITY/COMCAST.  How do I get the emails sent from me not to be "marked" as SPAM?

Hello @user_3f2b27 , thank you for taking the time to reach out to our great team through Forums. We appreciate your patience with our response. I understand you are having an issue with sending email to group of people they received in their Spam folder. I can see how frustrating this can be. Can you tell me if this has happened before or is this the first? Do you have other groups of folks you regularly send to as well or just this one group?

I have the same issue.  There is a group of people I send to on a regular basis and all of a sudden the emails aren't going through.  The ones sent to other Comcast addresses went to their SPAM folder.  My IP address must have been flagged as SPAM by Comcast.  How do you can your IP address unmarked?  I don't want to have to go to a VPN to fix this issue.

@user_9cf870 I've sent this to the A/S group.  It doesn't appear to be based on your IP, though I'm awaiting confirmation.

Did this ever get resolved?  Comcast sometimes marks my outgoing email as Spam and Phishing and I have no idea why and Comcast has been useless in helping me.  I'm about to change email providers because of it.  Just making one last attempt to resolved it before I change.

@NasusN Send me a PM, we'll figure it out.  I'll need the email address that is sending them, and perhaps a few sample subjects.
