opening attachments in email

For the past 3 days I am not able to open attachments included in my email, I have to download each one.  Is there some way to change this back to how it used to be?

user_va0r8x This is a known issue and has been reported. The work around is to tap download to view the attachment.

I don’t want to have to hit download every time. I want to open a PDF in my Comcast email. What is the fix?

Good afternoon user_a37f40 when you are viewing your PDFs is this on a mobile device, or a computer, or laptop?
