Not receiving emails sent via survey monkey

I have been sent emails regarding my availability for employment (temp job) via survey monkey.  I did not receive the emails.  They bounced back to the sender even though they were sent to my correct comcast.net address.  Why aren't I getting these emails? I haven't had trouble with survey monkey before.  How can I fix this?

Are you sending emails to a survey monkey address? Or are they trying to send emails to you? Are you using our connect website to access the emails or a third-party email client?

The emails are being sent to me and are bouncing back.  I never see them.  I'm accessing them through the Connect web site.

No.  I learned from the people who sent the survey that the email was bouncing back.  They didn't say anything about an error message - only that they double checked my email address and that they sent it to the right address

Is this the only company that's having issues emailing you? Are you able to get emails from other sources? If not, I would recommend you check the forwarding feature setting. It might be turned on. Go to the gear icon and click on Email Settings, Auto Forward. If there is anything there please remove it. Let me know if that helps.

I am not having trouble getting emails from other sources.  Just this source that I know of.  The forwarding feature is NOT enabled.

@user_d95ce3.  We can look into putting in a ticket. Can you go to the Connect page and sign in? This is part of the process.
