Not receiving emails messages with attachments

A UK vendor has twice sent email messages to me with attachments. The messages and attachments have not appeared in my inbox or my spam folder

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues-----------------------

Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week) 1 - 888-565-4329

Incoming email to a Comcast email address can be problematic when the sender is in another country.

I also am not receiving emails to my comcast account with attachments.  Any solutions?

Hello @user_jm42xn we want to ensure that you can get all the emails you need. Are you only unable to receive attachments from one specific person, or have you noticed that multiple different email accounts have attempted to send you an email with an attachment, and you still did not receive it? Have you checked your spam folder?
