Not receiving emails from a UK web site
I have noticed that I'm not getting email confirmations or their email newsletter at my comcast.net email address from a UK classic car site. Looking back this has been happening for over 4 months.
I asked the site owner and he says he is sending from three IP addresses and none of them are blocked by spam lists:
[Edit: PII]
He also says that he gets connection reset errors like this for all comcast.net addresses and after 5 days they turn into delivery failures:
----- Transcript of session follows -----< [Edited: "Personal Information"]>... Why would comcast.net fail to deliver emails like that? The errors 4.2.0 and 4.4.2 indicate an issue at comcast.
4.4.7 indicates comcast is unable or more importantly unwilling to accept the emails.
Any help to correct these failures would be really useful.

I am a member of a web site www.mg-cars.org.uk. They are sending me emails at my comcast.net emeil address from the following IP addresses but I am not receiving them:
[Edit: PII]
I asked the owners of that site why and they said comcast are blocking them at port 25:
[Edit: PII]
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
Their analysis is that it looks like a blacklist or connection throttling of some kind that's implemented at the comcast end in an application, presentation or session layer rather than at the transport or network layer.
Some sort of middleware or proxy that sits in front of TCP port 25 and denies access to the SMTP service.
Please could this issue be resolved?

@user_13ad2f We've been in contact with this sender. We do not see any traffic on our end from them. We have asked for a tcpdump and some traceroute information, but as far as I know, haven't yet received it from them. We are not blocking the IPs.
