Not receiving email verification

I am trying to join an app but I am not receiving the verification email. I cannot use another email account. This has happened before from other locations (not apps). There are no messages.in my spam folder and there are no rules blocking this app. Fix this

I joined an app today but have not received the verification email in my comcast account. I tried twice. The email is not in my spam folder, The AI agent is useless and will not connect my to chat with a real person. I am ready to contact the Board of Public Utilities to file a complaint. Xfinity's customer service is non existent
