I want to speak with a real person for troubleshooting the xfinity agent is useless

I joined an app today but have not received the verification email in my comcast account. I tried twice. The email is not in my spam folder, The AI agent is useless and will not connect my to chat with a real person. I am ready to contact the Board of Public Utilities to file a complaint. Xfinity's customer service is non existent
