Not getting quickbook invoices on Comcast email
There is an old closed tread about not getting quickbook invoices in comcast mail. This has worked for me until sometime this summer.
Now I get non-payment novices from venders trying to send me invoice that never appear in my inbox or spam folder.
It seems this was active about 6 months ago. Did it get fixed?
May problems started about 4 months ago.

So that we can get started, can you please shoot us a private message with your full name and service address so that we can get started?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Did you know that Quickbooks has a help forum? You might want to check into there, as well.
