New York Times emails going immediately to trash.

After the NYT reset my account, changed my email, made sure my email was not on the suppression list, and did all of this several times over, it’s clear the blame is Xfinity's. For years my New York Times newsletters came directly to my inbox without fail. Suddenly, they started going immediately to trash, not Spam, but trash. This problem is beyond frustrating. How does it get fixed?

Check your settings under "Filter rules".  Is there anything in there that would cause this to happen?  If so, delete it

I added filter rules to send the emails to my inbox, but it doesn’t work. I also added the email addresses to my Xfinity address book.  None of it works. Grrr.
