New User Email Address

I added a new user to my account. How can that new user obtain an Xfinity email address?

You can't. You'll have to get an email account with some other provider, ex. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. 

As of June 2024, Xfinity customers are not able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.
