New outlook won't add comcast email
I have been trying to use the New Outlook app and all was working yesterday, but it didn't load any new emails today. I thought that seemed strange so I went to my online account at Xfinity and I had several new emails. I tried sending an email from my Outlook account and the email just stayed in the Draft folder. I decided to delete the account and set it up again but now it won't even let me set it up. I don't know if this is a Microsoft issue or Xfinity but it's quite annoying.

I am having the exact same problem. Everything worked fine this morning but upon coming home from work, Outlook was no longer downloading emails. Tried deleting the account in Outlook but now cannot add it back as it sits there "waiting for email provider" for several minutes and then gives a message that "Sign in failed. Please try again in a few minutes. You may need an app password." The problem is definitely with Comcast somewhere it seems.
