Need Help with a deleted comcast email account.
I spoke with the tech dept. And they have no record of a comcast email account I have been using for many years? They deleted another email account I had for inactivity and as a result I stopped receiving all emails to the comcast email account I have been using for years. They said they needed to research further and would get back to me. But I need to receive my emails to this other email address. I believe they may have been linked together? And that if they can reinstate the email that was deleted for inactivity that I will resume getting emails tom5is other email account? If they can’t resolve this can I just add a new email address to my comcast account?
