My Sent folder is missing most of my sent emails

My sent folder shows 85 sent emails. The settings I have for Outlook are to keep all sent emails on the server. I'm using IMAP connection.
Where are all of my sent emails?
I tried this link, but there were only 50 emails there, and I don't think any of them were ones I sent. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity forums for support @user_b3cd34
I'm sorry to hear you are missing messages.  Have you recently checked your email message capacity? Sometimes old messages can be deleted to make room for new ones if it is full.

@XfinityTambrey

My email is showing 37% usage, so it is not due the mailbox being full. Besides, wouldn't I get a warning message that my mailbox is near or was already full instead of automatically deleting emails?

Hello @user_b3cd34. If the mailbox is full, and messages are being deleted, then yes, you should get some type of warning. However, since your mailbox is only reporting 37% full, we'll need to open a ticket for further investigation. Can you send a direct message with your first and last name and service address?

To send a direct message click the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

I am having the same problem.  My email capacity is only 5% and all my sent emails are gone.  I even sent a message to support on 5/20 and I have not gotten a reply yet

I'm a loyal 40 year customer.  I wouldn't be loyal anymore if I had an option.  Nevertheless, I too, have only 30 days of sent emails.  I've tried to reach a human for two weeks.  I've probably spent 5-6 hours talking to ignorant robots; it's like an Abbott and Costello routine - "you have an email issue, I can help you with an email issue.......is your issue with your id or your password?"  So, apparently all humans in customer service have been fired by Comcast to save a few bucks.  Brilliant.  Can anyone reading this offer my any advice to retrieve my missing sent emails.  No, I didn't delete them.  Don't ask me about my email capacity, it has nothing to do with this.
