My pop access to xfinity ceased 1/1/25, even tho I have always had incoming server set to 995 and SSL selected.
My pop access to xfinity ceased 1/1/25, even tho I have always had incoming server set to 995 and SSL selected. How can I connect (if I go to xfinity site the email is there but I want to download and use on outlook)

It sounds like you may have access to your Xfinity Email in the Xfinity Email Web Portal. This means that your Xfinity ID and password should be active.
Would you be able to verify that the Xfinity Email is enabled to allow access to third-party programs? Following the steps on our 'Turn your access to third-party email programs on or off in Xfinity Email' support page should provide step-by-step instructions on how to do so.
Could you also double-check and verify your settings by following the steps on our 'Update Your Xfinity Email POP Port Settings' support page and 'How To Set Up Your Xfinity Email Address With an Email Program' support page. We do recommend trying both as one may work and our demarcation is with providing the settings within these documents.
