My entire inbox was erased.

I got a warning from the Xfinity Postmaster that I had reached 95% of quota. I should erase old mail to free up space. So I did that - I trashed 100's of the bulkiest e-mails. But after I'd emptied the trash-can, I came back to a blank inbox - there was only the message from the postmaster in there. Is there any way to recover my e-mail file?

Have you checked "Recover Deleted Items"? Messages deleted from Connect folders are moved to the hidden Recovery folder and are kept there for 30 days, or until the folder contains 15,000 messages, whichever comes first. During this time messages can be recovered (see https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html#recoverEmail).

Greetings @user_9vp5sj, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. As someone that uses email for both work and personal use, I know how frustrating it can be to have issues with it, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. Do the emails show up in the deleted folder on the Xfinity email portal?

This link points to "https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/my-entire-inbox-was-erased/nnect.xfinity.com", which is invalid and results in a "404 Not Found" error. The Comcast/Xfinity email page is located at https://connect.xfinity.com.
