Hello user_b2zy8r thanks so much for taking the time to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums! Can you provide a little more context on this issue? Are you signed in directly through our Xfinity Appsuite, or using another email server such as Outlook or Applemail? Are you seeing this as a signature block on your outgoing email messages?

@user_b2zy8r If you're using Webmail, when you click the Compose button, check the top part where it says "From". Does that say something other than what you'd expect?
