How are you trying to access the email?  Using a client or app?  Or just the webmail UI and a browser?  Exactly what happens when you sign into the account?

Thanks for reaching out! If you're using a new computer and trying to get your Xfinity email set up, we’ve got you covered.

 

If you’re checking your email through a web browser, the easiest way is to head to xfinity.com, sign in, and click the mail icon in the top right corner. But if you’re trying to use an email app like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Windows Mail, you’ll need to make sure it’s set up with the right server settings.

 

Just let us know which email app or program you’re using, and we can walk you through exactly how to get it connected. We’ll stick with you until it’s working.
