my email is not working on my iphone 15
I keep getting the message that my email is unavailable on my iphone 15. I deleted my account and readded several times and nothing works. I can log into the website and i have no problem but when I do it on my iphone is get the message the my imap password is incorrect.

I have had the same issue for several weeks. I have not had any luck changing the password, deleting the Comcast account, reinstalling the account, or restarting the phone. I have received messages that the username or password is or the server is not responding, I've updated to the latest iOS. A solution would be welcome. Yes, I can login to my email through a web browser and I have enabled third-party program access. Thank you.

I cannot get my emails on my iPhone 17 pro max. I have spent over 2 hours on this and it's extremely frustrating that Xfinity has made this process a waste of time. I have changed my email passwords, updated and ensure I have "imap.comcast.net" I have 3rd party capability on my comcast email account. I have turned off my phone. I have deleted my email accounts on my iphone several times. I have cleared my history and web browser. I have manually typed my password in along with upload it from my save Password account. I have ensures the correct Port # and my SSP is turned on. I have researched online and other resources on how to fix this issue. I've even been sitting for over 30 minutes on hold with Xfinity Customer Service, only to be dropped off and I called back in to hear that there is a 45 to 60 minute wait. Xfinity Customer Service has dropped greatly over years and it was already TERRIBLE service then. Why Has Xfinity made it SO Difficult to add email address to a smart phone??? I seriously need to find a new provider and email service - this one is Horrible!
