My comcast email was supposed to switch everything to yahoo email, but it didn’t. I need to get into my Comcast email to get addresses and stuff.

Hi there! If the move to Yahoo did not finish, please first try signing in at https://connect.xfinity.com using your full Comcast.net email address and password. If the account has already moved, you should be redirected to Yahoo Mail, or you can sign in directly at https://mail.yahoo.com using that same Comcast.net address.
Your email address stays the same after the move, and your messages, folders, and saved Address Book contacts should transfer. However, addresses listed only under “Collected Addresses” may not transfer.
Can you let us know what happens when you try signing in and whether you are missing emails, saved contacts, or both?
