Missing sent emails

I'm missing sent emails prior to November 2023...I'm on Imap and only 70% fill. I definitely did not delete them; I do need to refer to them. The last time I recall I had access was about a month ago...not sure when they disappeared. Please let me know where they are hidden and how to restore them. Thanks

Hello user_4pnu3q, thank you for reaching out to our Forum for help with your missing emails. I have a lot of saved emails too, so I get why this is important. You mentioned you're using Imap, are you able to confirm if you're missing the mails on the Xfinity Email website? I did see you sent a DM, and if we need to run some more targeted troubleshooting steps we can switch to that private conversation. Sorry this is the first time trying to use the Xfinity forum as I'm frantically trying to find sent emails from me during the years 2020 and 2021  for legal reasons...they simply have disappeared.  I rely on the xfinity website and connect through connect.xfinity.com. They seem to have disappeared over the last month; I definitely did not delete them. Please try to find them for me. How does this happen to customers?

user_4pnu3q, I can only imagine what you've been going through, espcially since you mentioned they related to legal reasons. Thank you for checking the Xfinity website. Let's take a closer look and run through a few troubleshooting steps. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
