Missing Menu on xfinity web based email
About 9 times out of 10, when I call up my secondary email address (on xfinity's web based email client), the menu for the program is missing. Thus, I cannot call up SENT, etc. Approximately 1 out of 10 times, the menu comes up. This behavior is obviously UNACCEPTABLE. I contacted xfinity support, but they have so far been unable to correct the problem.
This issue occurs almost always only with my secondary email address, which I have successfully used with the email client for several years, before this wretched problem began.
Does anybody have an idea why the web based email client with xfinity is behaving so poorly?
